4rbet Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 4rbet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 4rbet.bio, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support offered through the platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 4rbet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 4rbet platform and close any account you may have registered. 4rbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. To register and use the 4rbet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria: (a) you must be at least 21 years of age; (b) you must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or any other legal entity; (c) you must be the rightful owner of the payment method(s) you use to make deposits on the platform; (d) you must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary or mandatory, that covers online gambling services; (e) you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction; (f) you must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 4rbet, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

4rbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration process or at any time during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withholding of pending withdrawals, or permanent account closure. Age verification is a mandatory regulatory requirement and 4rbet will not process any withdrawal for an account where age verification has not been completed.

To access the full range of services on 4rbet, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration form. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to promptly update any information that changes. 4rbet relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable regulations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point — whether during registration or subsequently — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 4rbet. Opening or attempting to open a second account — whether using different contact details, a different device, or via another person's details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where 4rbet identifies multiple accounts linked to a single individual, all accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited without prior notice. All deposits and withdrawals on 4rbet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all payment methods. 4rbet supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. 4rbet does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through the platform. Any fees levied by your bank or payment service provider are your own responsibility and are outside of 4rbet's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds. 4rbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawals to mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.

4rbet operates a strict policy against accepting deposits from third parties. All deposits must be funded from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be returned to the source (less any applicable processing charges) and may result in a review of your account. Players are responsible for ensuring that the funds they deposit are from lawful sources. 4rbet reserves the right to carry out checks in connection with anti-money laundering regulations and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

4rbet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to: a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to Bangladeshi players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

All bonus funds awarded to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited. 4rbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering requirements already in progress.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the 4rbet platform without the express prior written consent of 4rbet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4rbet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds as a result of technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or server downtime; loss of winnings as a result of a game malfunction or software error subsequently confirmed as an error; or any damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 4rbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This is the sole remedy available to a player in such a circumstance. 4rbet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4rbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if 4rbet reasonably determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point; (c) your account shows patterns consistent with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (d) you are found to be under the age of 21; (e) you are subject to a self-exclusion order from any gambling operator; or (f) continued provision of services to you would expose 4rbet to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination of your account by 4rbet for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach. Where termination is not due to a breach by you — for example, where 4rbet ceases to operate — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 4rbet support. A voluntarily closed account will have its verified balance returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days.

4rbet reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 4rbet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders by publishing a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered email address or mobile number on record. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication at 4rbet.bio/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility as a player to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
